Report parameters

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Report Dates
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
People To Calculate
Adult	Enter the number of adults.
Youth	Enter the number of youths.
Full Child	Enter the number of children not eligible for discount.
Disc Child	Enter the number of children eligible for discount.
Toddler	Enter the number of toddlers.
Senior Citizen	Enter the number of senior citizens.
Based on # nights stay	People calculation based on the number of nights for which the reservation is made.
Based on Occ %	People calculation based on the percentage of occupied rooms.
Based on days in advance #	People calculation based on the number of days in advance for the reservation.
Include Occ % Levels	When enabled, includes the percentage of occupied rooms in the report.
Include Length Of Stay Levels	When enabled, the report includes the details of number of nights associated with the reservation.
Include Advance Days Levels	When enabled, includes advance days for the reservation.
Building	A drop-down list consisting of all the buildings. Users can select multiple or all the buildings from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Room Type	A drop-down list consisting of all the room types. Users can select multiple or all the room types from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Tariffs	A drop-down list consisting of all the tariffs. Users can select multiple or all the tariffs from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

Field	Description
Tariff	The tariff code for the guest in the reservation.
Room Type	The room type is displayed.
Rate
Base Rate	The base rate for each of the rooms for the given date range.
Sell Rate	The rate at which the rooms are sold for the given date range.
